A public inquiry form captures a lead from your website, no Bloomz account required, in English, Spanish, or Arabic. Tag the link with a campaign name and every inquiry it brings in is tracked through to enrolled. Run open houses, group tours, and info sessions with a seat limit and a waitlist; families sign up from the inquiry form and get a confirmation with a calendar link and a cancel link. Then set up timed follow-up emails that start when a family inquires, attends or misses a tour, or starts an application, and stop on their own when the family applies, is closed, or unsubscribes.
Families complete a save-and-resume online application against a checklist your school configures per season: forms, documents, recommendation letters, an interview, and fees. Reviewers score candidates side by side against a rubric your admissions team defines. Decisions, accept, deny, waitlist, or defer, go out one at a time or in bulk, each with a decision letter your school writes per season. An ordered waitlist carries priority tiers and a visibility toggle, and where a school needs one, a seeded, reproducible lottery draw runs with sibling preference and a privacy-controlled results view: names, initials, or number-only.
Inquiry, application, review, decision, and a one-click convert into the same Enrollment pipeline every other family already uses, no second portal to log into.
An accepted family accepts or declines the offer in Bloomz. When your season has an enrollment contract, accepting means reviewing and signing it in the app: the family types their name, can add a drawn signature, and Bloomz keeps a signed PDF with the time and IP address. Staff can countersign, record a paper signature for a family who signed on paper, or void a signed contract so the family signs the current one; the earlier signed copy is kept. When the school sets a deposit, the family pays it through Bloomz Pay. Every offer has a deadline: an unanswered offer expires, the seat is released, the office is told, the family is notified in the app or by email, and staff can reopen it. Then one click converts the student into the same Registration & Enrollment packet every other family at that school completes, provided the school has already published one for that year.
When a season has a contract, the family reads it, signs with a typed name (and a drawn signature if they like), and accepts the offer. Bloomz keeps a signed PDF with the time and IP address.
The funnel shows inquiry through enrolled by lead source, with a yield rate, and now by week or month so you can see when interest picks up. A campaign table shows each tagged link's inquiries, applications, acceptances, and enrollments. Returning, not returning, and undecided students by grade, with a retention rate, are read from Registration & Enrollment, where families still re-enroll (grades are read as recorded there), and a season can count returning students against its seats. A Needs follow-up list uses fixed rules your staff can see, such as a tour no-show or a new inquiry nobody has contacted. If your school turns on the optional AI suggestions, staff can ask for a suggested next step and an editable draft message. AI suggests, staff decide: nothing is sent unless a person sends it.
Weekly or monthly counts, and a table of how each tagged link performed from inquiry to enrolled. Counts only: no forecasting.
